If you use paypal, you will get a CONFIRMATION NOTICE to the email you use with paypal. I will wait for your reply.. this is a MUST for all buyers!! I like to have CLEAR communication so that there is no confusion. Once I receive your reply, I will send your patterns to you. If you've ordered e-pats, they will arrive in your email that you use with PayPal unless you tell me otherwise!! If you've ordered paper patterns, I also require a confirmation of your mailing address. E-Pat orders can take up to 24 hours to receive. I run all aspects of this business alone and will get your patterns to you ASAP, usually within a couple of hours.
The shopping cart on this website is not set up for shipping for international orders. Usually it cost MORE to ship out of the country and I will get back to you about the actual cost. I will not be held responsible for customs fees or any other fees involved for your shipment. If your package gets returned to me for any reason, I will not be held responsible for shipping costs, to send it out again. Buyer will be invoiced for new shipping fees. Buyer MUST make sure that addresses are correct when placing an order. If there is a legitament error with the post office, they will absorb the costs. 9.9 times out of 10, the error is with the buyers address. Paypal does not allow me to print labels with incorrect addresses. It is imperative that you provide a correct address. Anyone who orders paper-printed patterns will get a confirmation email from me personally and I will not mail your package until I get a confirmation from the buyer, confirming that the address is correct. All of this is crucial because the NUMBER ONE reason for errors is, incorrect addresses. Even if you have been ordering over the internet for 10 years without any address problems, your address MUST be correct with PayPal in order for me to send your package. N O E X C E P T I O N S!
