The difference between paper and epat:
Paper - Patterns that are sent to your home address.
ePat - Patterns that are emailed to you.

When orders will arrive:
Paper & Kits - Usually within 7 to 10 days from time of purchase.
ePat - In most cases, within 24 hours.
Finished Projects - Approx. 1 month.

Emailed patterns will be sent to the email address you use with PayPal, unless you specify otherwise.

ePats not recieved?
There can be several reasons that you don't see ePats in your email box. Usually, it's because it went to your spam/bulk/junk/trash folder. To avoid this, copy and paste this email to your address book
( theplasticcanvasgal@yahoo.com ).
Sometimes it can be due to the size limit you're allowed to recieve. ePat files are generally large, so please make sure you can accept large files.

KITS and Finished Projects:
If you order a kit(s) and/or a finished project(s), you must select the appropriate shipping during checkout. If it is not selected, you will be billed for the remainder of the shipping charge.
